Dont know if this has ever been posted before but there is a program called gamebooster (which is freeware) that you can get which disables some of the windows services so you can get more processing power for dolphin or infact any or emu/game you want to play, using this i managed to get an extra 3-5 fps in zelda ww sometimes even more. also look for process lasso which lets you set the priority of individual programs and then stores what you set it too so next time you play it automatically sets the right priority, last but not least while your playing you can also end task explorer.exe which gives you even more processor power, you can re enable it again afterwards by either logging off, rebooting or going to the taskmanager clicking file, create new task, browse to c:\windows (or whatever drive letter you installed windows on) selecting explorer.exe then click ok to get explorer back. doing all this gives you quite a few extra frames in games.

gamebooster can be found here http://www.iobit.com/gamebooster.html
process lasso is here http://www.bitsum.com/prolasso.php

i'm not the one responsible for the tips its just ideas i picked up off the net i just thought i would post them here for everyone to see.
