Ppl mentioned to check if ur CPU turbo boost to 3.1ghz, u can check that if u use the Intel® Turbo Boost Technology Monitor program.
Check which card the dolphin are using, might be using an integrated card. Abit stupid question but I actually had that problem myself.
I think I have to agree with ur CPU to be abit slow, I got i7-3610Q which is ranked #12 on the benchmark and my laptop is over 1 years old, ur CPU is ranked #43, I'm suprised u got such a good GPU for that CPU, better than mine.
Remember that it's a big difference beetween the i7 processors, mine is kinda high rank for a laptop CPU but i'm still lagging in many games in certain situations, I play x2 internal res most of the time if not 1,5 actually.
