Is there an option which you can use to order the games by other categories like "Compatibility" or do i just have to keep on going through it alphabetically?

You can use the wiki for that.
Click on the image of the system to see its game list and simply sort it by compatibility there.

Click the "State" column in the emulator, until the game with the highest rating appears on the top of the list.
