I tried it now with master branch Dolphin 4.0-141, but it's the same as before. The game starts, but no matter what I press on the keyboard, no key is registered, even though I have keys set on the Emulated Wiimote. Same thing for my friend.
You probably have it configured wrong. Try the netplay guide.
I've done everything according to what's written here (
https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?t...play_Guide ), and yet it's still not working. Funny thing I noticed is, that as soon as we start up the game together, and the game starts running, if I go to Wiimote, it is suddenly set to None, even though it was set to Emulated Wiimote when I was playing it on Singleplayer. The same is occurring at my friend's place. If I change it from None to Emulated Wiimote, the game will write Wiimote 1 Disconnected and then Wiimote 1 Connected, and then freeze, both for me and my friend.
You need to map the wiimotes in the netplay window...
