I wanted to test but i currently don't have a opengles 3.0 device nor does my phone have ICS. (My phone preforms better on GB so i kept it on it.)

I decided to use Android x86 to test. I have to install it first though so I will post updates here.
I have installed Android-x86 on my computer now. I also have dolphin emulator installed. However i can only use Opengles 2.0 Sad
I hope you aren't trying to use the ARM version on x86...

Aren't Android apps not for Arm? I can use other Android apps just fine. The only thing i can't do is get Android-x86 and grub2 to get along.
Normally, but you're using x86...
Hmm. Well that will have to wait for a few minutes while i install a different version of Android x86. I couldn't get Grub2 to get along with android 4.3. (I could have it just seems like too much work though.)
ARM apps can work fine in x86 android if you use an Android version that includes libhoudini, found in some smartphones using Intel Atom processors (like Motorola RAZR i)...
The app store version of Dolphin provides x86 libraries as well, but they are completed untested...

Most of them are Java so ISA doesn't matter unless you're arguing over a few points in benchmarks due to Dalvik optimizations.
Grub really doesn't want to work with me. :/ I can't boot into Android x86 even though i can see the partition just fine. I can only boot into it if i reinstall it and at the end of the installation choose to boot into it.
