Unfortunately the fps counter is not working on the latest build mate.
I know, look in the log. The fps can be found in logcat
I have no idea what im looking at but I assume you mean the dolphin.log file?
I cleared it down as it was large and then grabbed it again while trying super mario sunshine.
Log attached.
Gameplay video attached. It runs a little slower with the screen capture enabled.

He means logcat, the FPS of the scene is shown when you are viewing it.
As for the issues with the polygons everwhere. I just pushed a fix for that with v41 and above drivers.
You may want to enable EFB copies in the video settings so SMS doesn't look so terrible as well.
oh wow, let's try this again with luigi mansion then

also the build from buildbot seem to be fixed too.

OK I think I have grabbed some correctly with the catlog app.
I had to just load the games from a save state as its impossible for me to get through the menu's without my dualshock controller connected (im in work :-).
I will try and sit down and run it properly later tonight, and grab some logs with their corresponding videos.
Looks about 7-20 fps to me, game dependant... It jumps higher but I suspect that is when rendering the static menu images.
**** Edit**** After grabbing these I also downloaded the latest 4.0 build from today with the polygon fix and it looks so much better. :-)
Try open gles 3.0 for more fps
