Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

first of all thank you for your hard work on dolphin 4.0 I love it but I have some questions.
1. can we play online? it said its in beta and games like brawl and Mario kart work but I tried on brawl and it said cant connect to internet configure it in your wii setting so how do I do that?
2. should I use dx9 or dx11. I know 11 gets more support but is it faster?

I don't think D3D11 is much better. If you think it's much better, please explain why.

You can select either D3D9 or D3D11. Some games have problems with either of them. If you want to use hi-res texture packs, some texture packs don't work with D3D11. Additionally, if D3D11 is used and AF is more than 1x, texture filtering will always be forced. D3D9 and OpenGL can use AF and texture filtering separately.
