How did they get these benchmarks? Do they already have Skylake CPUs?

Sad  At this rate I won't buy a new CPU at least until 2017. I want at least a 30% or 40% single core performance increase from my 4670k.

Reviewers get stuff early. Plus the NDA was lifted today.
Why is it with every generation, we see Dolphin performance increase but there are none in games, even when those are cpu bottlenecked?

Because higher performance = accuracy? Which then comes optimizations afterwards.
