I've looked everywhere for an answer to this problem, and I will say that I have all of the plugins, and I have tried almost every trick in the book. I have re-downloaded it, disabled my anti-virus, allowed it through the firewall, and ran it as administrator. Nothing has helped me.

I will explain what keeps happening.

I downloaded Dolphin, opened it up. It worked fine, perfectly actually. And after closing out of it once, and trying to open in back up.. It wouldn't open.
It did not show me any error message, it just simply would not open. I scanned through my processes, and it was not running either.
I would double click it, get a loading icon on my mouse, and then nothing.

Heck if it would help, i'll record what happens and show it to you.

And if this is the wrong place to post this, than I apologize.

So please, if anything, someone help me.
Sounds like an old SVN build, which aren't supported.

Update Dolphin using the official link.
Try the latest development build from the official site. There have been numerous recent changes that may have killed this problem off completely. https://dolphin-emu.org/download/

I just now downloaded and extracted that version. I opened it up, it worked fine, then closed it.. and again, it will not open back up.

Any other advice..?
...How the flying fuck does that happen? Try deleting ~/Documents/Dolphin Emulator/. (If you can't understand that, that's C:\Users\YOU\Documents\Dolphin Emulator\.)

Congratulations!

It didn't work.

Look, I don't think there is any chance of it working, so either I have to find somebody who can send me a version that will work.
Or I just have to find another emulator altogether.

And yes, my computer can perfectly run Dolphin.
This problem is indeed an epidemic, i once had this issue but it wasn't with dolphin, the culprit was windows update, after rolling back the update i never had issues again, but of course i haven't done a windows update since.

Well, it's an epidemic that needs a vaccine. Is there any-way to figure out the problem? or should I just contact.. someone higher-up?

Hey now, I asked for help, not a comment from Sherlock. Look if any at all hope is left.. I looked for it, I read up earlier problems on the forum similar to my own.
It seems that this issue was suppose to be resolved, yet has not been altogether.

Do I need to submit my Dolphin.ini? because if you can figure out the problem from my folder inside, that would be great!
