Well then please tell us because we've had countless forum members with the exact same cpu arrive at the exact same conclusion. But apparently they're all wrong about how fast the cpu is according to you so what else is causing it?

Just watch that video. With a less powerful cpu, he runs Xenoblade at full speed in that area, when on mine, in the same area, it runs terribly bad and is completely unstable.
Reread what I wrote please.
Inaccurate settings? Which ones?

And I don't see any FPS drop on that video, while on my PC the game runs always at low FPS and is constantly unstable.

Also, look at this, in the Testing section :

https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Xenoblade

All the people who have a Phenom II say that the game runs at 100% speed.
Again, 100% in some places and 100% everywhere are not the same thing.

HLE audio, efb copy to texture, etc.

You can by all means try dolphin 2.0 or 3.0 with inaccurate settings but expect to run into some issues in exchange for a speed increase.

Your cpu could also be overheating and throttling if you haven't checked for that. But I suspect not since the fps numbers you gave us are all normal for that cpu in those games.
Icewind,

Have you got the latest ATI graphcs drivers installed or an older version?

Also check whether your soundcard drivers are upto date.

No anti-virus or scanners running either?
You can't get constant full-speed in Xenoblade with a 2410m. I've got one (with a better GPU Tongue ) so I can confirm.

Your Phenom is a good CPU but you can't expect excellent performances with very demanding games. A lot of games will work very fine though

Neither of these will effect dolphins performance significantly. In the case of soundcard drivers it won't effect it at all.

Roccat Wrote:No anti-virus or scanners running either?

He would be getting much worse performance if that were the case.
Ok, tomorrow I will record and upload to youtube some videos with different settings so you can see more clearly what the problem is.
I will try dolphin 4.0, too.

@LordVador: I assure you that I personally saw my friend's laptop running Xenoblade at 100% speed in that area (Colony 9).

@Roccat: The drivers are all up to date.
I think my cpu can be overheating.

I monitored the temperatures with a software and this are the results:

What can I do? The CPU has always that temperature.
