Hi guys, im new to Dolphin, I just DLed the 3.5-367 x64 on Windows 8.

Processor: AMD A-10 5745M APU with Radeon™ HD Graphics, 8GB RAM, 2.1GHz, 4cores,

Graphics cards: AMD Radeon HD 8610G+ 8500M Dual Graphics (1GB each)

Tell me if you gues need more info! I shall do my best to tell you.

Thank you for helping in advance!

Oh nd can anybody provide me with good settings if you can! I want to play SSBM nd Project M! I think its the only games I wanna play for now.
I don't know much about AMD processors but I think the one you got is a bit weak for Dolphin...

And before I forget, PLEASE, download the latest version from the official website (https://dolphin-emu.org/download/), not from that one you got 3.5-367, that site isn't the official
That cpu is around the performance of an I3 with multithreaded apps. Games like SSBM, Wind Waker, NSMB Wii, etc will run well with hle audio. Demanding games won't run well though(Super Mario Galaxy, The Last Story, Metroid). You didn't post which gpu exactly but there are two under the 8500M branding: The 8570 has enough bandwidth for 1xIR and the 8590 has enough bandwidth for 2xIR. That's only if you make dolphin use that gpu, theres a guide on that.

If you don't make dolphin use that gpu your performance might be worse with the igpu that I couldn't find information on.
Thank you guys for the help! I really appreciate but thats the computer that I have right now.

I think theres all the info that u guys need to see if its actually goood lol...
http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i5-32...-A10-5745M

This CPU is comparable to the i5-3230M. It's actually slower for Dolphin because of the lower clock speed and Instructions Per Cycle.

It's definitely good, just not good enough to run demanding games at high settings, like garrlker pointed out.
Thank you for answering man! U really helped me! So does tht mean that I could run those 2 games that I mentioned at good settings or no??

Oh nd btw do I always have to DL the new version of Dolphin in the Official website!? Looks likes ppl post a new version every 30min XD
I *think* it will run PM at acceptable speeds. Maybe 2xIR. Not sure about SSBM.

I suggest grabbing the latest version and trying it out. If you find specific problems, please post here and then report them if necessary. That helps the project and community instead of sticking to an old version. If you find that the latest one works, feel free to stick with it awhile until you have a good reason to upgrade again (bugfixes, new features). If it doesn't work well, you might go to an older revision or even the 3.5 release.

SSBM uses AX ucode, so it will benefit from 1128 and later.

There's no need to download the very latest daily unless you enjoy testing and using the latest features.
I doubt it will run either at fullspeed.
So 3.5 is the best i can get for now!?
What do you mean? In terms of performance maybe.
