First of all: DON´T GET CONFUSED with a normal V.C. thread.
Second of all: I posted this in here since I don´t have access to the Wii Misc forum.

The problem is that I don´t get video with that game.
Note: I´m using my laptop. Specs are next.

For reference:

I´m using Dolphin 3.5-2181 (x86)
Windows 8 x64
AMD A6-1450 APU Quad-Core @ 1.0-1.4 GHz
AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250
4 GB DDR3 @ 533 MHz

Does anyone is having this issue?
Settings?
Let´s see... In general, JIT recompiler enabled. Framelimit= Auto.

In graphics, using DX11, 1x resolution, 1x AF, no AA, EFB to texture, and virtual XFB activated.

Running under HLE audio.
Try either disabling XFB or using Real XFB.

Also, if it's an NES game, those are known to be broken in Dolphin, with no workaround (yet). SNES games are fine, though.
It's an NES game. And as such, utterly broken.

I'll make sure there's a game thread. In the meantime - https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Super_Mario_Bros._2

EDIT: Aaaand done. https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-virtual-console-super-mario-bros-2
Tried to run the game with real XFB. Still not getting video.

It ran relatively fast (around 44-53 FPS).

(Some minutes later)
Okay, I pressed the ENTER key and I got video, seems to be related with all the Wii stuff.
Speed dropped to 18 FPS and then rose again to 58.

Out of curiosity, can you now play the game?

No, still having black screen after I leave the Wii options.

I´ll try with a borrowed SNES dumped game right now and see if I am still getting the same results.
Why not simply play that on a good NES emulator? Tongue

Because people might not have dumps for the NES version?
Man seriously, just because people pirate the shit out of Dolphin doesn't mean you guys should just assume that everyone does it. And assuming people know how to extract NES roms from VC titles doesn't count.
