I ripped my own super smash bro's brawl iso via cleanrip v2.0.0 on my own Wii system version 4.3 iso 85 installed by default.

My specs are

Os = Lubuntu 13.04
gpu driver = mesa 9.2.0 latest dev release via the Xorg PPA.
"gpu" = Intel hd 1000 (yes i know its horrible)
CPU = Intel pentium b950 2.00GHz 4 cores
Dolphin build = 3.5-2274

When i load up SSBB almost everything runs perfectly at 60 fps, cutscenes, title screen, selection screen, gameplay.
I have two problems
After enabling and disabling every setting dolphin has to offer I always get a freeze a few seconds into the intro scene if i dont skip it. I also cannot get the second movie to play in the sub space emissary. I can however get movies from later levels to play but once i beat the level the same thing happens no last cutscenes or end nor noise just a black screen.
It might not be a bad idea if i re-ripped the iso its only 4.4GB, according to https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Super_Smash_Bros._Brawl it should be around 8gb but I dont want to take the time out to do that yet.

Any solutions to either problems?
You dumped incorrectly, you need something with at least 8GB of space and NTFS (or split it into 2 parts)

I used a 40gb NFTS parrition via usb for dumping, and I did not split it. I selected the option for one large file. The only thing i did not do is dual layer disk was off. Is SSBB dual layered?
Yes it is.
Ok then I will go redump the game and edit this post if it fixes my problems, doesent fix them, or if it is still the same size. Thanks for the help by the way.

[EDIT]

Ok the new dump is 8.9 Gbs yikes, and it loads the cutscenes and the main menu does not freeze anymore Big Grin.
It will
Also is the legend of zelda twilight princess Wii version dual layer? I have a 4.4gb rip of that too 0_0 i might need to re-rip it too?
No, Twilight Princess is not a dual-layer disc.

There are only a couple of games that are dual-layered:
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Metroid Prime Trilogy
Metroid Other M
Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love
Samurai Warriors 3
Raving Rabbids Collection
Xenoblade Chronicles
The Last Story
Samurai Warriors 3 Z

There's no Sengoku Musou 3 Z on the Wii. I guess you meant Sengoku Musou 3 Moushouden.

Another dual-layered game: Dragon Quest X (actually 2 dual-layer disks)
(Unrelated, but if SSBB really runs at 100% speed on your machine, I'm really impressed)
