Also manually set the internal res to 1x. If the GPU is slowing you down, doing that may help boost the frame rate.
Yes, using HLE.

U might get impressed, but even at 1x native internal res, it works exactly the same...
This is just an idea, but as others said it might be the old Core2Duo struggling with the menus,
on my old 2,66Ghz C2D I have the same problem in some games but didn't think much of it.
Try this setting: "Skip EFB Access from CPU" and see if it helps. It helped a little for me.
Tried here.
If it helped some, i couldnt notice.
But thx
Guys,

i just found here, for the time being, the only way i can almost get free of those lags.

That is a branch. This one: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/branches/

mipmap_fixes branch

It did much more improvement than any others.

But still i won't use it.

Has 2 major problems to me:
- Crash the game sometimes
- Audio emulation/codes still old (more choppy and less quality)

Its too bad that branch wasnt carried foward.
=(
Wasn't that branch merged?

I don't know, i guess not though.

Does'nt seems to be merged, regarding the fact that no other release gave me any of this improvement.

Actually, as i have used new versions, those kind of lags has only been increased.
