it was all working fine. no problems whatsoever. now, i turn on the emulator, run a rom, and the controller wont work. i go to the ds3 tool, load driver, try again doesnt work. what happened??
Simple solution: Don't use motion in joy Big Grin. Give the SCP Drivers a try. They are much more reliable, and come with the added bonuses of being ad-free, set and forget (no need to run a tool every reboot), open source, and run by a nice guy that actually answers questions. Great eh? Just make sure you fully remove motion in joy before you try them.

haha just came back to say i realized motion joy sucked anyway and it was the cause of me getting the blue screen of death so i need another method. I'll try yours out. thanks!

Didn't work for me. I don't know what I did wrong..
Then tell us exactly what you did, make sure you follow the steps exactly, even the most trivial thing are important.

i follow the instructions exactly but when i open dolphin it just doesn't work
i dont know how to delete threads but i fixed it.
Always best to comment on your own solution so other may benefit from it.
i forgot to set my controller as the one i was using in the emulator
