Will the AOC D2757PH work with Dolphin in 3D?
If not, which monitor should I buy to play Dolphin in 3D with a GTX Titan?

afaik, the only ways to play in dolphin with true 3D is using 3D glasses or a 3D TV.
afaik= as far as i know.
The D2757PH is a 3D monitor, and comes with 3D glasses.
Then try enabling NVidia 3D Vision (it will need fullscreen to work, and if your card supports it/is compatible with it).
Don´t even know if that option still exists.

The AOC D2757PH uses passive stereoscopic interleaving, not nvidia 3Dvision. You might be able to get it to work with nvidia 3Dplay drivers ($40) or tridef drivers (free) but for normal 3dvision you'll need a 3dvision compatible monitor.
