Then here is the problem.
With recent builds (the one you're using) you need to run games full-speed to get the sound to work properly. If you can't run games full-speed then the sound will stutter.
Recent builds are more demanding. With your CPU you won't be able to run full-speed some games that you used to with old builds
oh, but I'm not really sure if I had full speed with the last one either... which one do you recommend me to download??
Eh, Dolphin 2.0. (?)

Note: Since it´s an old version, you will not get support here.

where can I get support??
No one supports builds as old as that.

From nowhere but people that use/used that version before.
There's a good reason why we don't support 2.0 (or 3.0, or anything less than 3.5). 2.0 is going to give you more trouble than speedups. A number of games are buggy in 2.0 and have since been fixed. LordVador already mentioned that this game specifically (Another Code: R) has issues that were fixed in recent revisions. 2.0 is unlikely to help you play anyone play this game enjoyably.

@Falycia - How does the stable 3.5 release work for you? Not the development releases (with names like 3.5-1800) just 3.5?

Oh, I still haven't tried that... I will do so... But is my CPU really that bad? I can play other PC games just fine...
Your CPU was not designed for the kind of speed Dolphin requires for a number of games. In lightweight games (Wind Waker, TimeSplitters 2, New Super Mario Bros. Wii) it will do alright, but even so-called "average" games like Another Code R may be challenging, especially on newer revisions (newer revisions tend to be more demanding than older ones).
Speed Tweaks:

-try running 3.5 stable
-in Dolphin configuration, disable Wii EUR60 mode, which will make the game run at 50FPS which is less demanding.
-EFB copies to RAM, does the game need this? EFB to texture will yield a huge speed-up
-internal resolution 2x, maybe put to 1x or 1.5x, could speed things up, maybe not.
Thank you very much for all your replies. I think it works just fine now. Only that sometimes a weird line appears in the middle, is there any way to get rid of it? Also, do you think Rune Factory would work in my computer???
