MSAA can cause graphic glitches though in various games in dolphin unlike FXAA which is quite safe.

Are you sure you don't mean SSAA? MSAA has been completely bug-free in the 2+ years I've been using Dolphin. I know for a fact that SSAA messes up games, at least the OpenGL backend's implementation of SSAA.

There were issues with MSAA and a lot were fixed along the way. I don't know if any is left now to be sincere.
