In the graphics settings, on DX9, it only reads the Intel HD 4600 and DX11 can read my Nvidia Geforce 750

But as I'm aware, certain games like Xenoblade run better at Dx9. Is there a way to fix this?
It says that, but it should be using the 750 anyway
Maybe you configured the DX9 backend to use only the Intel GPU and the DX11 backend to use only the GeForce card?
This is a known issue. Like ED2 said in nvidia optimus systems the discrete gpu doesn't show up on the drop down list on d3d9. But normally the emulator still uses the discrete gpu even when it says it's using the integrated gpu so it's not really a big deal.
Actually found how to fix this problem. I right clicked and selected "Run on Nvidia processor"

It helped a lot.
Just curious. You right clicked on what?

The Dolphin executable most likely.
