Lets calm down on the accusations please. Nowhere did he say he downloaded anything so lets act respectful please. Saying he has tried both ntsc and pal does not state piracy. You never know what a person has or does not have. Lets not accuse on unjust grounds and try to figure out what his problem is please Anyone with windows 7 know of the potential problem? I personally don't have the game. What are your settings oli_ramsay in dolphin.

turn the framelimiter off. framelimiter is fail

Get a build with watchdog & see how that works.

i dont think watchdog speeds up dd
