That is a pretty big difference XD, typo?
r4598 is granted to work with the old Intel GMAs no matter what... Builds after that seems to work fine if you disable "CPU -> EFB access" until r6024, that broke something. After that, some build in r63xx fixed the problem and the things works without issues until r7598 (the last Dolphin revision using pixel shader 2.0). Any build after that will fail with old Intel GMAs, I know that because the time r7599 came I still was playing Wind Waker and Luigi's mansion with my old and crappy computer (that had an Intel GMA 945GC), and in r7599 when the minimum required pixel shader version got to 3.0, breaking support with the old Intel GMAs
@oliverfrancisco: give a try with r6515 with DX9 and "Enable CPU -> EFB access" disabled, it should work (and maybe give you a small speed up)...
@Jhonn: Sure I will. That 7xxx shit doesn´t show anything afterwards...
To avoid more confusion:
Intel 945GC Express Chipset
=
Intel 82945GC Graphics and Memory Controller,
that is related with/ handled by:
Intel GMA 950;
that is related to
Intel 82945G Express Chipset Family,
That I have.
Ok, there are the results:
1- R7598:
Totally a shit!

It didn´t show anything but small objects.
2- R6515:
More video, but still a shit since I experienced texture failures (It just looked awful!).
Make sure that you disabled "Enable CPU access" under graphics config (change this before booting a game), I'm pretty sure that at least r6515 works fine with the old Intel GMAs (r7598 SHOULD work too, otherwise I'm getting crazy!). Furthermore, you said that 2.0 works fine, and it's based on r5350 that already have the changes introduced in r4599, so, at least r6515 (with Enable CPU access disabled) should work no matter what...
@Jhonn: Ok, I´ll try again just to make sure. And this time I will include screenshots in the results.
(BUMP)
Just taking a look at this thread...
@Jhonn: I´m using other three random Dolphin revisions, the ones you recommended are no longer working.
Results´ updates starts now:
1- First test: R4205.
All my games (the list of my ISOs is in this thread:
https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-dolphin-gaming-guide-mid-and-low-level-pc-users-only-unofficial) ran almost at full speed.
Luigi´s Mansion had speedups during gameplay (from 14 FPS to 24 FPS, same thing happened with the VBlanks); Mario Kart (GC) worked with some graphic failures and minor bugs (28 FPS); Mario Party 4 worked with minor texture failures (22 FPS); Mario Party 5, moderate texture failures (30/42 FPS); Mario Party 6 worked fine with no failures at all (32/45 FPS); Super Mario Sunshine, same thing (10/25 FPS).
Next tests: R5423 and R2690.
I know that this thread is only about Mario Party 5, Mario Kart Double Dash and S.M.S.; but I also wanted to test the other ones so I could know if they would work better or worse.

(UPDATE)
2- Second test: R2960
All games ran like shit, although there were speedups. The ones that got some image were MP4, MP5, MP6. No more.
Next test: R5423.
Older builds will always be faster than the newer ones, but less accurate. Said that, you should stick with r4598 then. It's the last one "officially" compatible with older Intel GMAs.
Good speed in 5423, about 4598 I'll give it a shot later.
(UPDATE)
3-Third test: R5423.
"Bravo, BRAVO!" Finally experienced the Shader Model 2.0 working!
About the games, the textures looked great and there was a good speed and framerate boost.

You're still using a shitty old build of Dolphin on a shitty old PC.
