Ok so what I did today was I opened up my pc and removed the cpu cooler, didn't add thermal paste and then just put it back on. Then ran monster hunter 3 for about 15 minutes checking the temperature and it didn't go above 49C

80C is a bit hot but still considered normal for the cpu, actually it can go up to 100C, at 110C the computer will just shut down automatically to avoid damage

For removing paste? Should
Just a thought, consider malware as a possibility. Some malware can use excessive amounts of CPU processing, not to mention some are specifically designed to do so (bitcoin mining using your CPU and GPU?). It's not a great possibility, but it still happens to people.
Alright I'll be sure to scan my system for malware, I'm much more calm now that temperatures are back to normal
He already checked his cpu load so it's not malware.

Because that's Tcase not Tjunction.

To be more accurate, he checked it once, and the CPU was essentially idling. Not every malware that runs up CPU usage does so all the time or every time (it's a tactic for not getting caught). It's still a possibility, although like I said, not a very likely one. Doesn't mean it shouldn't be checked out (you should be doing this regularly anyway, regardless of Dolphin performance mysteries).
