Does anyone know if Dolphin is compatible yet with any of the new OS X betas?
If not, do you know when it will be updated to support the new version?
I only wanted to know so that if I get a Mac in the near future I can update it to the newest version of OS X and still use Dolphin on it without too many issues.
Ask us after it's released. There's no way for us to know until someone tries it, and so far no one has bothered yet (to my knowledge).
I've been running Mavericks for quite a while now and the only issues I've noticed are crashes in the controller setup dialogues. Games run fine, everything else works fine. Connecting real Wii Remotes have been broken on OS X since real-wiimote-scanning was merged in (3.5-450-ish?), and I haven't tested them since (too lazy), so I can't tell you if they've been fixed or broken even further.

Where's the issue report about that? How do you want us to fix problems if you don't report them?
Sorry, I just kinda stopped giving a shit about OS X-only bugs since we still have zero proper OS X devs to fix them. Plus, I never really figured out if they were fully broken or if it was just a temporary/intermittent issue, and I quickly got tired of having to repeatedly connect the remotes to test. v_v;
There IS an issue on it, though it doesn't 100% match the issues I was having (trouble connecting remotes, input not working when they *did* connect).

I've noticed a huge performance boost with Mavericks on the latest Dolphin 3.5 today (the stable release) ... everything there seems fine. However, 4.0 has stuttering sound and is unplayable on the same games as of right now. Tried all settings tweaks and was unsuccessful.
System is the latest 15-inch MacBook Pro (Retina).
That's simply caused by not running the games at full speed. The DSP HLE for AX/AXWii µcode games in 3.5 and earlier was asynchronous and buggy, so HLE in those games sounded arguably better when not running at full speed, but that caused numerous crashes and audio issues, so delroth rewrote it to be synchronous and not-a-pile-of-shit. The "synchronous" part is a necessary thing to avoid 90% of the issues, but it has the unfortunate side-effect of producing audio that stutters when you're not running games at full speed.
Long new-ax-hle explanation aside, the OpenAL audio backend timestretches audio so it doesn't stutter – instead it just plays back at a slower tempo. (It also has an unfortunate tendency to either crackle a ton or to have a massive amount of audio latency...) Try that out, see if you enjoy it more.

I tried everything honestly. No luck. The games were all unplayable. Before I was getting 30FPS, but with 4.0 no matter what I was getting like 8 to 12 FPS.
My hardware is new, as well....
I'm running 3.5 on Mavericks and am experiencing an unbearable drop in frame rate in Rayman Origins, which ran at full speed with almost maxed out specs while on Lion. Errrr.....
