Thank you a lot! Now it runs perfectly, Dolphin now uses 3 ghz, and wind waker runs at 30 fps. Do you think i should be able to play Skyward sword, The last story and Xenoblade without overclock?
You'll definitely need to overclock for TLS and Xenoblade.
That's weird , turbo boost should make your CPU run at 3.7 or 3.8GHz
Maybe you should twitch your bios a bit (Don't touch CPU voltage or other stuffs though)

Turbo Boost should be enough for Xenoblade

When the Cpu is at 3.8 it runs at 60-70 fps so i put the frame limiter to 30 and the Cpu runs at 2.80-3.00 ghz.
Is there a way to keep the settings you said or do I have to do this thing everytime I close Dolphin?
It should always remember it
