Pretty sure you need to click the tick boxes next to clock modulation, chipset clock mod, and set multiplier.
Then press the turn on button in the bottom corner.
Are you using the latest dev build? In the past month alone it has gotten about 30% faster.
So I have Throttlestop set up with my settings as such:
http://prntscr.com/4p3p6h
Yet the speed ranges from 3000 mHz to ~3450 mHz and gradually drops as the temperature rises(never above 75 C) to even below 2800 mHz. Is that supposed to be happening? I can't play for more than 20 mins without it dropping below 3000 and then the fps starts to drop.
It sounds like thermal throttling. Try cleaning the fans on your computer, and putting on some new thermal paste.

You should worry about GPU . CPU life span is really really long
GT 635M is soldered on the motherboard . Too much heat will slowly meltdown GPU solder ball -> Artifacts will appear -> GPU will die slowly -> RMA to warranty service to reball GPU
That exactly happened to me. However I overclocked my Graphics card... okay I was a kid at the time who were playing with fire. Hold my hands up. However they replaced the board. Well the 765m was also soldered on the motherboard.
