I have already done this, barely made a difference

Your CPU clock speed is 3.2GHz when Dolphin is running , right ?
Also Set Framelimit = <any value you want> and tick "limit by FPS"

That made it a tad better, but I know we can get better results here. Is there anyway you can respond to my PM admin, it will make it a lot easier. You can remote control my PC.</any>
