I'm still sticking with PCSX-R as it has widescreen hack, GTE accuracy support and can change controller plugins.

here no graphic issues but only with delayed sounds ( because i changed the pal to 60fps ) with 1.0.0 Dbz budokai 3

If you're gonna try out ePSXe whether it be for the very first time or switch to the new 1.9.0 version altogether then I highly recommend using either edgbla's gpuBladeSoft v1.42a plugin or the GSdx plugin from PCSX2 for authentic PSX experience.
