i preffered chronologically because then what happened wasn't such a jumbled mess. sure the climax is too soon but its a shit ton easier to watch and follow xD

I started watching animes seriously in 2016 so...
Sure it's popular, there's fanart about it everywhere, but wasn't really paying attention.
I knew at least that Madoka wasn't what it seems to be. In fact, a friend told be "watch it, and don't even search info about it before". I think that's the best advice one can give about Madoka.

Also make sure you watch the follow up movies, movies 1 &2 are recaps, movie 3 is a sequel.

Will do for sure.

Just finished Blame!; reminded me a lot of Sidonia no Kishi. Both are worthwhile, if you like Sci-Fi stuff.

Finally got around to watching Patema Inverted after having it on my watch list for a while. Definitely worth a watch.

Honestly the best part about the whole series is the Disappearance movie, which is just so good and shows everything the show could've been.
