soon... Big Grin

you'd almost think i...like fate/ :o
So, the anime I've been enjoying this season has been Kiznaivers. It has kind of a Danganronpa feel to it. Basically a group of kids get connecting in a way that lets them share their physical pain, leading to hilarity and some interesting commentary on human interactions. Also, im in love with the theme song. It has a very trance like feel to it <3

Is an understatement, but then again, we all have our precious tastes don't we.

If you like it this early already then you have no idea what you've signed yourself up for!
I really hope you do enjoy the ride Doc.

Found Kiznaiver to be pretty mediocre to be honest. The OP was cool though.
My favorite this season is definitely Re;Zero.

Oh and a honorable mention for Mayoiga. What a trainwreck it was.
A few of my friends talked me into watching Naruto last year since I hadn't looked at it in a bout a decade and I got back into anime thanks to them. So, unlike all of you, I am catching up. I've watched most of everything that's ever been on Adult swim and a few others.

This spring I've mainly been hooked on Assassination Classroom and My Hero Academia. Besides that Akame Ga Kill was pretty good and it's even convinced my GF that we should buy the manga. Also, feel free to give some suggestions(I've watched most of everything on Celesians list).

Oh yeah, Re Zero is fucking amazing! Smile I love how they set it up stereotypically, and then shatter your expectations bY the end of the 1st episode! THEY DI'D A FANTASTIC JOB with that setup!

Lol it's not like we've seen everything either. I only got like 91 anime I've seen/completed or dropped. I'm very selective but that might change...

Do you have a MAL account? It's very handy for keeping track of what you've watched and will help with the recs. For this season though, I'd say give Koutetsujou no Kabaneri and Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu a watch if you haven't already.

I thought Akame ga Kill was quite enjoyable too. Though the manga readers would beg to differ due to it not adapting the source completely, but eh, since I don't *know* the source I don't really care.
Seen people enjoy Hero Academia a lot so I suppose it's time to give it a try. Saw Zee drop Bungou Stray Dogs the other day and decided to pick it up to see why he did that. It's not something I would've picked up (most likely due to its name) but it's actually pretty decent.

Re;Zero quickly raised up to exceed the expectations I had of it from the first (few) episodes. Subaru was reaaaally unlikable to me at first but man, did he change. I love the character development and actually shared the pain when he had to Re;Zero after everything that happened.

Okay, here is my favorite part.
That was, for me, the deepest part of the anime. It almost kind of reminds me of a dating sim kind of, how he keeps getting bad endings, and has to replay the routes in order to get a happy ending. As a fan of the dating sim genre myself, I connected to this in a way, and wondered if I would do the same thing in that situation. (of coarse my answer would be hell no) XD

Episode 13 was amazing!
The Re:zero anime has been making slight deviances from the manga, which makes it all fresh to see, which is really nice, which still sticking to the source.
