For me it would probably be TWGOK, Oregairu and Nozoki Ana I guess. I never really think about top 3 anime/manga since there are way too many genres to compare this way.

every name after the / in fate/ is the name of the story in the fate/ universe
for example,
fate/stay night is 1 VN containing all arc's (or versions of the story) of the stay night story. unlimited blade works & heavens feel are names of arcs in the stay night VN.
stay night, as you can see on that site, has 3 arcs. fate, unlimited blade works & heavens feel. normally those are contained in 1 VN but i see they split it up in realta nua :/
fate/zero is a different VN with different arcs(quote needed, never read the VN so unsure if it has different arcs) that tells a different story in the fate/ universe.
Realta Nua apparently was the version name of the stay night VN to be released on android/IOS with added scenes. (can't find much info)

I started reading the LN a little while ago and it is BRILLIANT!! Absolutely loving it, I read like 150 pages in one sitting which is thrice my previous record, it is really sooo good.

Found the show really disappointing, expected a lot more from Kyoani, not sure if I'll be following it though. Haven't watched it yet but most expect the best show this season to be Boku dake ga inai machi.

@Daco Nice Samus and basic list page ;p. FSN UBW is on my list. I had seen a couple of episodes and it was good from what I've seen.
@DrHouse Only watch anime, but yeah the music, VA and stuff were great in Death Note.
Also if you're going to watch/play Steins;Gate, I'd say watch the anime first and then play the VN. That way you get a good view of the situation with the anime and a lot of details, explanation and extras in the VN.
@Garteal Really? Well I'll think about it then. My first thought was : there are different roads possible in the VN so I don't want my first run to be influenced by the anime.
