opterons have been around, so has socket f, but 6 cores is new

Imagine running like 4-5 VM, each with it's own Keyboard+Mouse+Screen set, all plugged to the same box.
All we need is proper graphics virtualization.
It's insane.

who's in for 8? (or 16 if the i7 has a server version)

didnt see the 16, thats just sick. any client/server os should support it tho.

i have enough trouble just getting an i7-975, but i would get a 16 core if i could afford it
