In passmark sure. But not in dolphin. Passmark takes advantage of HT, which i7 cpus have and i5 cpus don't have. Dolphin however does not use HT and therefore won't benefit from having a more expensive i7 cpu.

Don't use other applications with different properties to judge the performance of a cpu in dolphin.
