Athlon x4 750k is piledriver. If you overclock it it's better than a i3 anyday.
Yeah but I would recommend Athlon x4 760k Rickland which is better than Athlon x4 750k
The problem is : Do the OP overclock ? . If not , i3 is faster

I can't find it anywhere. Confused
So 3570k or 4670K.

What is your budget?
Will you play any pc games?
I'm not much of a PC gamer, but every now and again a game'll come along and I want to be able to play it. Right now I'm playing twilight princess on dolphin, at 60% most of the time. But generally speaking I just want a PC that's going to be more of a luxury item than anything else, and when I do come across a game, and a high resource program I'd like to be able to use it with no problems.

I don't have a budget as such, I'll willing to send as much is needed for me to end up with something that'll suit my needs. The 3570k and the 4670k are the same price there abouts anyway.
I5 4670k + Z87 mobo then . Take a look at Zelda WW benchmark , i5 3570k is much slower than i5 4670k

Get the 4670k you'll be able to upgrade to broadwell if you feel it is enough of a preformance upgrade.
What is it about the 4670k that actually makes it faster for dolphin, because the 3570k is a faster processor right?
