As the title says, I wanna find a suitable cooler so I can overclock my i5 3570k without need of worrying about the temperature going high, suggestions?
The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is the most-commonly recommended one around here, or at least it's the only one whose name I can remember. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr212e20pkr2
Depends on your budget. If you can afford it nothing beats a noctua NH-D14.
In terms of quality per price (or bang per buck) which is better? I mean, if I spend those 50 extra dollars on the noctua am I going to see a huge boost over the hyper 212 evo or just slightly lower temperatures in comparison?

Yes , even water cooling can't beat that noctua

You must mean closed loop systems. A real water cooling build could easily beat it.
Noctua NH-D14 performance is about the same as Corsair H100 which cost higher
A real water cooling like you said cost an arm and a leg
Interesting, I didn't know that, but various owners seem to indicate that if you replace the NH-D14's stock fan it is both quieter AND cooler than a Corsair H100. The only downside seems to be its huge size, meaning you have to be careful about how big your memory modules are.
I've seen the Corsair H100i on sale for $90 (it is right now), so it might be the best value overall if you need more cooling than a CM Hyper 212 EVO can provide.

Why would anyone use a closed loop system then?

Yeah, I looked it up. $300 AT LEAST for a true custom cooling system...OUCH.
Admin89 you use the CM hyper 212 evo right? From your personal experience what can you say?
Hyper 212 EVO will be just fine for your 3570K
