I guess this is a "faq", still I can't help but asking how can I set my dolphin emulator to work good? I use the latest version, but if you tell me to, I can always choose another one. I don't care about good graphic, I just want dolphin to let me play with a speed near to 100%, because now its maximum speed is 20-30% and it's really, really slow. I'll write my computer's details below:

OS: Windows 7 64 bit
CPU: AMD E2-1800 APU (1.70 Ghz)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7340 Graphics
RAM: 4 gb

Can you suggest me how do I exactly have to set dolphin's configurations?

P.S. I'm not english, so I probably made some grammatical error.

Impossible. Your CPU is too weak

How many ghz does the CPU must have to play with a good speed?
The recommended CPU for Dolphin is an i5-2500K (or equivalent Laptop CPU) depending on the games you want to play.

I see you have a 2.60 ghz CPU, and the one you recommend is 3.30, then I'm wondering if you can play with dolphin smoothly... can you? Just to know.

It depends on the games.
It depends on the CPU itself.
It depends on the faculty to easily overclock or not

I lol
I have a Pentium D 3.0GHz and none of popular games are playable
GHz in not the only way to measure the power of a CPU
The APU A8 3870k @ 3.0GHz is slower than Phenom X4 @ 3.0GHz
The Phenom X4 @ 3.0GHZ is slower than Core 2 Quad @ 3.0GHz
Core 2 Quad @ 3.0GHz is slower than Core i5 750 @ 3.0GHz
Core i5 750 @ 3.0GHz is slower than Core i5 2500k @ 3.0GHz
And so on...
Is Pentium 4 @ 3.0GHz really fast ?
If you want most demanding games full speed you have to build a 700-1200$ desktop , no less
