Latest gen is 4th gen (i7 4700MQ) , not 3rd gen (i7 3630QM) :/
Basically , you will end up with a weaker/older CPU
I should leave no comment because i'm not so sure about its cooling capacity . Although it's gaming laptop , it has only 1 fansink for both CPU and GPU (should be dual fan)
Anyway , if I was you i will get i7 4702MQ + GTX 760M version instead of i7 4700MQ + GTX 765M version for only 1 reason : less power consumption -> less heat
Imagine your hand will get burned when you're playing game ...

I did not recommend the cheaper version GE60 for i7 4700MQ (1200$) but a more expensive one (1400$) , GE70 has bigger size , it should handle the heat better
On Nvidia forum , MSI GE60 (7 4700MQ + GTX 765M) owner's reported heat issues when playing PC game , it run really hot (80-90C) , 3 person have this problem
