Ram doesn't matter for gaming
CPU and GPU are the most important things
The best laptop for dolphin will cost more than 3000$ , extremely heavy weight . Are you sure you want the best laptop ?
How much is your budget ? (Recommend : >1000$)

Holy.... well i only have 1000$
If you have 1200$ , you can get this laptop
I don't recommend multi-media notebook (less than 1200$) because multi media notebook run hot like hell
Dolphin is very demanding , it will push CPU near full load . A dedicated GPU is good for Dolphin but it will bring more heat compared to integrated GPU -> You will have no choice , you will have to buy a gaming laptop with good cooing design

This laptop only have 2.40Ghz is it really can run dolphin with decent speed? is higher Ghz will make dolphin run with good speed?

Ughhhhh 1400$ what a pain any good laptop under 1000$ hehehe
2.4GHz is stock speed
Turbo frequency :
_3.4GHz (1 core)
_3.3GHz (2 cores)
_3.2GHz (4 cores)
Only i5 and i7 have turbo boost , i3 doesn't have this feature
When Dolphin run , i7 4700MQ will be at 3.2-3.3GHz

My i5 480M stock speed is 2.6GHz , turbo boost is 2.9GHz (1 or 2 cores active)

But it will run hot because it's a multi media laptop with inferior cooling design
You may have the same fate as this guy
