If you want to save some money knock the cpu down to a 4670K and the graphics card down to a GTX 760. Your current parts are overkill. Also with the money you save you could add an SSD.
Mhh this computer which I am going to buy, will must "survive" (XD) four years, at least: so understand on why I'm not going to save money

It's cheaper and better to buy midrange hardware every 2 years than to buy top of the line hardware every 4 years.
I don't work, I go to school: so I can't ask my parents every 2 years for a new 100€ hardware piece or else
