With latest builds you have to run games full-speed to get the sound to work properly. If you can't run games full-speed the sound will stutter.

With stable version you don't have to run games full-speed with HLE. This is the old asynchronous version of HLE (before HLE rewrite by delroth). 80% of games have sound issues

hey wanna ask something is 3.2Ghz processor is enough to playing Dolphin emulator with 2GB RAM and Nvidia Geforce VGA??

I personaly wouldn't go for this CPU above all if you plan to play some demanding games. For almost the same price you can get a 3570k that will let you play almost anything
