What are the best options for SMG, that would raise the performance, i can play at the minimum 30 fps and sometimes i can even get full speed, so is there some specific options that would increase its performance?

Hope that helps. (The rest of the settings in GL are off)

Also if those settings don't help much, you can also disable Alpha Destination.

By the way, keep Watchdog at 60 and disable Audio Throttle.
