Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

So hi forumers. I've left posting here as a last resort but I still cannot figure out why I cannot run any of my games on Dolphin 3.5-367

I have a Lenovo T430
Windows 7 x64
16gb RAM
i7-3520m @ 2.90Ghz
An onboard Intel HD 4000
AND an installed NVIDIA NVS 5400M (It came with the computer when I bought it. It works, and it works well, getting around 70-100fps on other games I play such as skyrim, borderlands, deus ex)

Under graphics, I cannot change the adapter from the HD 4000 to the nvidia card, unfortunately. And none of the direct 3D9, 3D11 or OpenGl allows me to. I've tried many different settings recommended on searches from people who have similar issues, yet all my games still do not run and I get the backend error
