So the problem i encountered here is about the FPS and joystick config
Here's my pc's specs:
Intel® Core™ i5 CPU 760,2.80GHZ (4 CPUs)
4096MB RAM
Ati radeon hd 5700 series
AMD Radeon Graphics Processor
DirectX11
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

My FPS will drop to 15-30,but most of the time it will be 17fps-22fps.
I have tried the recommended versions of dolphin to run FF4 for example Dolphin svn r5134,dolphin 3.5 and dolphin 3.0
It looks like r5134 version helps me to run smoothly but only the audio throttle and sometimes it stuck on some scenes.
Dolphin 3.5 is way too slow but no audio throttle nor stuck.
Dolphin 3.0 is same as dolphin 3.5

Is there anyway to configure dolphin to run FF4 smoothly? And about the joystick configuration my camera wouldnt move to up and down but only left to right
this really makes me frustrated when i encountered the ghost child.

Overclock your CPU to 3.6GHz
If you use Dolphin 3.5 , right-click the game - properties - tick "Vbeam" (Speed Hack)
