A great team is making something unbelievable, something I didn't expect to happen in such greatness.
They are developing a StarFox-Remake on the great FS2Open-Engine (wich is great, because I'm an ultimate FreeSpace-Fan

).
And they are doing great so far, look at the damn screens!

May they be sucessful

Reminds me of what me and some guys are doing to Metroid Prime, only tbh ours looks better. (But that's a given, we're using CryENGINE 2 (think: Crysis))
Still, looks awesome and I defiantly hope it succeeds! I'll be keeping watch.
why not the bloody snes starfox
it was more awesome then n64 lylatwars >_>

:O
I have to disagree.
While the original was...well...the original, Lylat Wars aka Starfox 64 brought along loads of enhancements to the forumla that made it great. There were the additions of other vehicles which brought variety to the game and the games pacing was better. Admittedly it was WAAAAY too easy but still a great game.
Now, starfox adventures and starfox assault...let us not talk about those two D:

Assault was better than Adventures by a fair margin, but still way to little flying. :/

why? :/
its not for gc/wii or anything related to us o_O;
because its cool? and why not

They have been making this for 6 years now, wish they could hurry up abit. :P
Can't wait for at least a demo. (Yes I am a Starfox fan btw)
Also IMO; Star Fox 64 > Star Fox: Assault > Star Fox Command > Star Fox Adventures > Star Fox.
Listed those in how much I liked them when they came out, not nostalgic reasons when you play them now these days or w/e.
(Only thing I didn't like about Assault was it was too short with less replay value than Starfox 64, else it would of been first for me)
StarFox 64 was an underrated Miyamoto masterpiece. Go back and play it again with branching paths, you'll be surprised how deep it really is.
