Theoretically, the new nexus should support OpenGL ES 3, but it looks like it doesn't, in reality.
It does support OpenGL ES 3, for some reason it isn't finding the function needed to run though.

Possibly an android 4.3 specific issue with your code?
The ODROID-XU is just the Exynos5410, the 5410 is /marginally/ quicker than the 5250 clock for clock, but it uses the PowerVR544MP3 so it is worthless for Dolphin Mobile.
That being said, the PowerVR drivers on the Linux image for the XU is a "Full" OpenGL 2.1 driver that runs on GLX, this is interesting to note because with some hacks, OpenGL 2.1 could be used again with Dolphin....But for supporting a singular device in a singular configuration isn't worth it.
My galaxy s4 is now rooted, and i want to make the emu even more stable, so how do i apply the codes?
I suppose first off it would be nice to know which s4 you have :p
