Download a recent build of dolphin from the build site, and in about it will tell you.
Thanks alot! So I see Open Gles 3.0 V@45.0. So am I correct to assume v45?
Thought this was kind of interesting. I tried Super Mario Galaxy 2 on Adreno hardware, just for the lulz, expecting black textures, like NSMB Wii. I was surprised with this. Sorry about the controls in one picture, I didn't hide them until the second picture. Mario's eyes are kind of creepy though :p

Edit: well, I guess this makes sense, the black textures in NSMB were caused by broken EFB. Mario Galaxy I don't think uses EFB for textures.

I have a note 3 (rooted) and when going to select backend OpenGL ES and Software Renderer are my only options and ES 3.0 does not show up. What do?

Considering there are only 2 backends, I don't see why OpenGL ES wouldn't be ES 3.0

Use the OpenGL ES backend. The 3.0 is implied.

I can, but when you say "the game" which are you referring to? Anyways, I always use the latest development builds. My video settings: (others don't really matter, CPU section is pretty obvious for best speed settings)
Enhancements left alone (You can disable scaled EFB copy for a very slight performance boost, but it reduces quality of objects rendered with EFB)
Skip EFB access & Ignore format changes: both enabled. These settings switch themselves on launch, if you enable them they will be disabled next time you launch the app. Been meaning to look into it, just never have. For now just re-enable them both on every launch.
EFB copy set to texture. RAM is only meant to be used when a game needs it.
All other options are left default. Disabling destination alpha will increase performance however will also cause some in-game effects to not display properly.
