Just wondering, are there any builds available that will render correctly on the Nexus 5 with the latest development drivers? Or is that issue with rendering attributes preventing it from working at all?

The rendering issues aren't emulator issues, they're Adreno driver issues. We can only wait for a fix from Qualcomm which would be surprising if it came any time soon considering how long it's been already without them fixing them.
Knowing that the mupen64ae glide64 plugin suffers from the same 90degree rotation bug as Dolphin on
v53 kk driver, why is it retroarch can output it correctly no problem using the same mupen64ae core and glide64 plugin?

RetroArch? Also, doesn't the v66 still have the 90° issue with upen64?

Download a recent build of dolphin from the build site, and in about it will tell you.
"Input" and "Video" sections in Settings causes the app to force close on Nexus 5. Problem was introduced in build 1556.

Edit: I found the offending commit. https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/commit/fcc7b6e56d8b16c23e2ee1c8a9da525fb859e429

Edit numero DOS! Found the problem, /sdcard/dolphin-emu/ existed from ages ago and lacked the "Shaders" folder, which Dolphin expects to be there (no exceptions!). It didn't create the folder when I updated the app, and was causing null point exception on VideoSettingsFragment.java#74. Deleting the folder and letting Dolphin recreate it has fixed the problem Smile.

Funny that doesn't seem to work for me. Maybe I should uninstall the pro version I have installed, since its so old.
If you open the Pro version and it recreates the Shaders folder, it'll cause it to crash the newer versions. Uninstall the Gold/Pro version, delete /sdcard/dolphin-emu (the whole folder), then install the latest nightly build.
