Who is misinforming people? A guy who has just used Dolphin for a while or people who have been using the emulator for years?
Also, but it can be debated, people who list their GPU before their CPU prove that they don't really know what they're doing (with Dolphin I mean)
I think he gets it guys.
This thread is getting a little heated, even by my standards.

you didn`t get it, it`s not about you.
or is thtat been a dolphin user for years actually compels you to prove this guy wrong?
if you think he`s bluffing just say it.
if he belives he`ll acomplish something for stating that his pc can run ALL games at full fps then let him be, he`s not fooling anyone, as you said, dolphin requirements are well known.

Either the OP is trolling us to get a deliberate response of some sort, or the OP honestly wants to convince people that the requirements for fullspeed in Dolphin aren't that high. A third case would be simple bragging/bluffing, but nobody does that on the internet, I mean really :p At any rate, it's been said before that misinformation is generally a bad idea to have in a community, therefore we should want to either 1) disprove the OPs claim outright, or 2) have the OP verify such claims so that misinformation becomes useful, accurate information. Everyone's better off in either case; doing nothing helps no one and invites future confusion and contention. It's in no one's interest to let misinformation be, and fwiw we've already spoken clearly against the OP's claims. However, it may well be time to move on if the OP doesn't post any verifiable evidence.

It's not so much that we want to prove the OP wrong, we're giving the OP the chance to prove that his/her claims are correct. If you're going to try to introduce new information, especially information that's contrary to established knowledge, you're going to want back it up. The onus is on him/her to show us that the PC configuration in the first post can run Dolphin at fullspeed, even with the most demanding games and settings. We don't have to do anything other than accept or decline the results as valid. So, it's on the OP, and nothing substantial has been given thus, so there's not much to say at the moment until sam_yo responds with a video or something.

Weakling. There haven't been any ad hominem attacks yet. This thread is going nowhere fast though imo (not like I didn't help), so note to everyone, try to hold off until sam_yo posts some performance results, then you we can debate.
I have been always telling people ( and provided proof ) that SMG 2 requirements are way over inflated. I can run it fullspeed on i5 2400 with LLE and disabled that EFB CPU hack ( I never used it ) 99% of the game. There is only few rare spots where game drops below 60 fps.
Last Story is working a lot better now then it was on 3.0 and 3.5.
I still can't get fullspeed on my hardware in the Lazulis City though, but it's almost close to r6xxx perfomance if using correct options.
Even if it were true for SMG2 this is the only game, with Zelda SS, mentioned by sam_yo. So he can't pretend to play all demanding games full-speed if these are the only ones he's tried. That's why I asked him to list the other games he had hypothetically tried
In my experience, he will have considerably amount of drops below fullspeed on Last Story and some old Pokemon game.
Thats pretty much it, if we don't count some unpopular games which run so slow that even 5 ghz haswell wouldn't be enough ( probably bug in emulation ? ):
Battalion Wars, Chipnmucks, Brave
You indeed have been telling people that the SMG 2 requirements are inflated, but as far as I know, no one else has been able to reproduce your performance, even with similar hardware (certainly not myself). If no one else can do what you're doing that's... not fair :p
One thing to mention:
It's commonly admitted that a dozen, or a bit more, of games are pretty demanding but it's mainly because these games monopolize threads here and there on the forum.
Actually there are much more demanding games. Of course, as rpglord said, these games are less "popular" than others but they exist. I recognize that a lot of guys use Dolphin to play Mario and Zelda games but not only. I think it had to be pointed out

Well I remember on one thread we were both posting screenshoots regarding some place which was gpu demanding ( or so we thought ) and we were both getting same results of well above 60 fps ( it was 70-80 fps I think )
Maybe something changed in latest revisions, I haven't tested it, but you could play it fullspeed on stock i5 around 3.5
