Then i tried with Direct3D11, and now i have 50 fps.
I guess this is the max of my PC !!

Yeah 80% speed is a good performance with your CPU
Yep, right.
btw: 80% speed is playable

I got this error while playing the NTSC version, I'm in the middle of finding the right config for the game so if my settings are to blame it may very well not happen again by the end. I'd still like to know what caused it.
D3D11, 4x native, 0 AA, 16x AF, Scaled EFB, Force Texture, Ignore Format, EFB RAM, DSP HLE
Did you try to redump your game?
I did not get this error with the settings and version(753) I had before, but it did give the game a mirade of other glitches, hence why I was doing some re-calibrating when this popped up so redumping would be futile I think.
Does Dolphin work with the Wii Wheel? That would be great if it did, although I'm assuming not, but I didn't see much discussion on it so...

Yeah, the Wii Wheel is just a plastic shell for the Wii Remote, and you can connect a Wii Remote through bluetooth.
I've did that a few times but I usually use the nunchuck when playing, or an Xbox controller.

Yes, I know how to connect a Wiimote.
