Hi there, not sure if this is the correct place to post but thought i would give it a try. First of all thanks for the developers continuing efforts on dolphin! Mario Kart Wii is virtually fully functional with the exception of the feature im mainly trying to use right now (ported Wii Save Time Trials). Ive ported my wii save with all the world record ghosts downloaded...available here:

The problem is that when replaying the ghosts on the emulator the characters seem to collide with the environment in places that are inconsistent with the Wii (the Wii has no collisions). There is one exception if it helps debugging...the ghost/Time Trial saved for SNES Mario Circuit 3.

when playing with Mario kart I never reach 100% speed. the best is 90%, sometimes.
it's not a FPS problem since the game runs smooth without any problem, even when at 65% it's smooth, but the problem is that is way to slow compared to 100%. for example, the countdown at the race start, or the time during the race, are not "real time".
I'm using Dolphin v3.0-319 x64
I use the exact settings as shown on the configuration/performance page on Dolphin website.
I have a Q8200 quad core, Nvidia Geforce GT220, 4gb Ram, Win 7 64bit
is this normal? I've seen people running this game at 100%, and I'm running Zelda TP at 100%
hey guys im stupid and i know this is probably an easy fix... but when i try to play mkw with two players i get to controller screen and it says to press a. well i press a on my gamepad i have set up as my player 2 controller with still no luck. if anyone could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
I have 2 PS2 USB controllers. I configured the first one, saved the profile on Dolphin and then I just loaded the same configuration for the second.
THE PROBLEM: All the buttons work beautifully with the first joystick but couple of them doesn't for the second. Weird because I load THE SAME configuration and they are both IDENTICAL controllers.
Any idea of what might be happening?

Try turning off audio throttling, vsync and set the frame limiter to auto. Also, switch to the PAL version of the game if you are running the NTSC version.
hi everyone,
i read through the last 10 pages and found many ways to configure dolphin. I tried all of them but it doesnt work out.
I am able to play the game, but as soon as i go through the player menu or in game the fps drop down to 20-30.
It doesnt matter, if i play with 1920x1080 or 640x480 the frame rate ist almost the same. Doesnt matter if EFB -> Ram or whatever... I think i tried every possible configuration but the fps stay the same.
My System:
Latest Dolphin version
Intel E8400 @ 3GHz
Geforce GT550 Ti
2GB DDR2 667 Mhz
Windows 7 64Bit
I think my System should be able to handle the game right ?
Can anybody help ???
Set FrameLimit to Off. And try with Dolphin 3.0
Hello guys i need help pls. I tryed out the new 3.0 version from Dolphin, but i cant play with my xbox controller. And i dont see a plugin folder in my install directory. Also i copyed the Full Plugin Folder from an old rls EmuCR-Dolphin-r4911-x86 doesnt work... I cant choose it in emu interface. Can someone tell me what i am doing wrong i am feeling stupid lol . Thx
Dolphin doesn't use plugins anymore.
