I don't control it lol. According to some stuff I watched, (I researched it like a son of a gun, it cost me 400 more bucks to go with that proccesor when I bought it) it handles itself auto-magically. I haven't the slightest clue what its doing behind the scenes. Up until now its never really came up, as its handled all of the heavy-duty stuff I could throw at it flawlessly.

It also *should* run as 7 cores. So 7*1.6 or 7*2.8 or whatever. When Dolphin starts up it says the processor has 16 cores.

I would assume the CPU is runnin' at 2.8 when Dolphin is runnin'.. You need a way to verify that though.. I use a program called Everest, but there's other things out there to monitor your CPU's frequency.

What do I need to do with Everest? I've got it downloaded, what am I supposed to be looking at?

P.S. Heres a picture of CPU-Z with emulation running to tide you over

Dude, yea, I forgot about CPU-Z. Just use that. It's showing that your CPU isn't actually running at 2.8 GHz when Dolphin is running.. Gotta do something about that, but I don't know what cause I never had an Intel CPU. Although, i would assume there's an option to adjust it in your mainboard's BIOS..

Silverguy

Upon reading up on it, I dont think its controllable.

If you are using win 7 try messing around with power saving options in control panel.

Is it just me or the pic below is a little weird?

I can't describe it well but it looks the lighting is a little fuzzy and muddy.

I can not make 4 players game working. I defined controls for all 4 pads ( 2 on keyboard and 2 game pads ) but when I enter the 4 players game there just saying press A button on controller 2. Funny thing is that when I press A button on 2nd player it behaves like a B button and return me to main manu. In 4771 version only when wiimote 1 is set to emulated wiimote I can play the game with 2 players. Then player 1 is displayed as gamecube controler and player 2 as wiimote wheel. Tried also 6331 version but there can't even 2 players game establish. So, I am wondering what is the problem with my case? Tried 4771 and 6331 both 32 and 64 bit versions, but none of them works. Game runs perfect in single player mode, but I wanna play it with my friends in 4 players mode.
if your not using GCPad to play the game, just to Config -> Gamecube tab -> set Port 1-4 to "<Nothing>"
and when you start the game, press Alt+F6, Alt+F7, and Alt+F8.
